One of the changes we made to the original app is that Goal Post is an app that can run on mobile devices as well as larger screens such as laptops and desktops. Bellow, you can see how it would look in a medium to large screen (laptops and desktop screens) as well as small screens (tablets and phones).
You could have an overview of all the tasks and see how their progressing and at what stage of progress they are. Should you need to add a task, You can add it here. You could also choose a task from your online calendars and pull it into the list of tasks in Goal Post.
At the calendar view, you can select the tasks you want to track for a better overview of the tasks at hand.
On the “Week View” you can see the duration assigned to each tast during each day as well as the start and end time.
Amongst the viewing options, is an option to see the relation between tasks and have an overview of how tasks that have connections with each other are progressing. This option id especially useful when it comes to time management on a project as well as the management of the process of a project with multiple tasks and aspects.
In the month view, you can see how processes look so far and how they are going to look in a month. In month view, you can have valuable information such as work load and spread of work load that can help with project management and time management of projects.
Year view gives a more broad view of the processes and tasks.
